You may cancel your doorstep service booking free of charge up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled technician arrival time. To cancel a booking, please call our customer desk at +91 9187410300 or WhatsApp us with your booking reference code.
Once our technician has arrived at your doorstep and completed the appliance inspection, the ₹199 visiting fee becomes non-refundable, as it compensates the technician's travel time and diagnosis.
If a repaired appliance experiences a repeat issue upon re-inspection and our technician is unable to rectify the fault, Fixpert Solutions will issue a full or partial refund of labor charges paid for that specific repair.
Approved refunds are processed via UPI, Bank Transfer, or original payment method within 3–5 business days.
